Rice Lake 105182 Truck Scale Tickets 3-Part Side Tear-Off Triplicate

Description

Product Overview

Rice Lake’s 105182 truck scale tickets are engineered to meet the demanding needs of industrial weighing applications. Constructed from high‑quality carbonless paper, each ticket provides three identical copies—original, duplicate, and triplicate—ensuring that every transaction is recorded without the need for separate printing devices. The side tear‑off format allows operators to separate the top copy quickly while the remaining sheets stay securely attached, reducing the risk of lost documentation. Measuring 4.25 inches wide by 7 inches long, the tickets fit standard scale printers and are compatible with most electronic and manual scale models. Weighing just four pounds per pack, the lightweight design does not add unnecessary bulk to inventory, yet the robust paper composition resists tearing and smudging even in harsh warehouse conditions. The product carries the reputable Rice Lake brand name, known for precision and durability in measurement tools, and is identified by the model number 105182, making it easy to locate and reorder. With a best‑seller rank of #20 in Industrial Scale & Balance Accessories, these tickets are trusted by professionals who require consistent performance and clear, legible records for shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Usage

These scale tickets excel in a variety of real‑world environments. In busy distribution centers, operators can place a ticket beneath a truck scale, record the weight, and then tear off the top sheet for the driver while the remaining copies stay attached for internal record‑keeping. The carbonless technology eliminates the need for separate carbon paper, streamlining the workflow and reducing waste. In manufacturing plants, the tickets are used to document raw material loads, finished goods shipments, and waste disposal weights, providing a reliable audit trail for quality control and regulatory compliance. The side tear‑off feature is especially valuable in outdoor settings where wind or vibration might otherwise cause a full sheet to detach unintentionally. Because the tickets are designed for both manual and digital scales, they serve a broad audience that includes logistics managers, warehouse supervisors, and small business owners who need an affordable, dependable method for tracking weight data across multiple transactions each day.

FAQ

What does carbonless mean and how does it work?

Carbonless paper contains micro‑encapsulated dye crystals that break under pressure when a weight is recorded. The dye transfers to the sheets beneath, creating instant copies without the need for separate carbon paper.

Can these tickets be used with digital scales that have built‑in printers?

Yes, the 4.25 × 7 in dimensions are compatible with most digital scale printers. The tickets feed smoothly and produce clear, legible prints, making them suitable for both analog and electronic scale models.

How many tickets are included in each package?

Each package contains 500 tickets, providing ample supply for high‑volume operations and reducing the frequency of reordering.

Are the tickets suitable for outdoor or wet environments?

The paper is formulated to resist moisture and oil exposure, allowing reliable performance in outdoor loading docks, shipping yards, and other environments where exposure to the elements is common.

What is the return policy if the tickets arrive damaged?

Rice Lake offers a 30‑day return window for any damaged or defective tickets. Contact our support team with your order details, and we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
